Let me speak frankly, to you! When I closed my cafes and I opened this strategy and coaching business, my focus was and continues to be guiding, not instructing. Whether you own a restaurant, cafes, food trucks, cocktail bars you come equipped to creating change with me. We work and collaborate to solve staff, food costs and revenue issues. Best way to make lasting change is to improve systems and nurture teams. The result? Good Culture. It’s the holistic shifts that create lasting positve change. What’s my backstory?
Short answer: I love hospitality.
Long answer: Growing up in seven countries and traveling to 67 more, I experienced hospitality in all its forms—from elegant restaurants in Paris to street stalls in Kochi. This global perspective fueled my passion for food and community, leading me to own and operate two cafés in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor for over 18 years. I hold a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster and am a proud member of Food Consultants Group.
As a coach and strategist since 2014, my passion is guiding owners to better revenue, solid profits, supported by a strong team.
