Let me speak frankly. When I closed my cafés and launched this strategy and coaching practice, my mission was, and still is, to guide, not instruct. You already have what it takes to lead change. Whether you run a restaurant, café, food truck, or cocktail bar, our work together is a collaboration.

What’s my backstory?
Short answer: I love hospitality.
Long answer: Growing up in seven countries and traveling to 67 more, I experienced hospitality in all its forms—from elegant restaurants in Paris to street stalls in Kochi. This global perspective fueled my passion for food and community, leading me to own and operate two cafés in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor for over 18 years. I hold a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster and am a proud member of Food Consultants Group.
As a coach and strategist since 2014, my passion is guiding owners to better revenue, solid profits, supported by a strong team.
