Through my Six Pillars of Success framework, I help hospitality businesses clarify their vision, improve operations, and rebuild financial stability while nurturing the human side of leadership. My process blends strategy, systems, and culture—because true transformation starts from within.
Before becoming a restaurant strategist, I spent over 18 years as owner-operator of two cafés in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. I’ve also lived in seven countries and traveled to more than sixty, learning firsthand how hospitality connects people across cultures.
I hold a BA in Economics from The College of Wooster, and I’m a member of the Food Consultants Group, a network of global food and beverage professionals.
Previously, I hosted The Restaurant Whisper podcast, where I shared insights and strategies for independent restaurant owners—part of my ongoing commitment to support this industry through education and storytelling.
