Hi, I’m Martha.

I’m a strategist. I’m blending business training and therapy for chefs and owners, to get you feeling like yourself again!

When you’re passionate about what you do, it’s natural to try everything and hope something works. Turns out a strategic, organized approach saves you time and money. Efficiency is imperative! I work from the inside out. Building the foundation is key. That foundation creates better revenue and better everything. Even a better culture for staff.

Here’s my brief bio: I had the good fortune to grow up in Africa and Asia. Walking through street stalls in Bangkok taught me about one level of service. Eating in high-end restaurants in Europe, Asia and Africa made me familiar with all levels of service at an early age. After returning to the U.S., I ran a calligraphy design studio, then two successful cafes. I opened this strategy business in 2014. Let me know what’s not working for you. I’ll share my tools, skills, tricks, and best strategies to chefs and owners who appreciate.
